There is something mesmerizing about a lighthouse highlighted against the sea and sky. They are classic seaside protectors. Except for the tiny little flag, this embroidery pattern is made entirely of the easiest single stitch and backstitch. And you know, that blue backstitch around the outside of the satin stitch looks great and hides any imperfections, so you look like a pro no matter what!

Level 1: First Time Beginner Friendly

Included in the kit:

pre-printed pattern on unbleached cotton fabric
6”/15 cm embroidery hoop
embroidery floss
embroidery needle

About Hook, Line & Tinker:

Hello! I am Laurie Dolhan. As the maker behind Hook, Line & Tinker, I design modern, beginner-friendly embroidery kits in beautiful Ketch Harbour, Nova Scotia. All of Hook, Line & Tinker’s embroidery illustrations are original and designed by me for beginner stitchers. I focus on creating patterns that are unique and modern in style. My business is a reflection of my values - care for people, respect for the environment, and a deep desire to create something meaningful and real through a shared act of making. Each kit is plastic free! Every effort is made to operate sustainably and ethically. We donate 5% of profits to alleviate poverty and homelessness for women and children and actively volunteer. We are currently working towards becoming a B Corp certified ethical company. Happy Stitching!
