We think of acorns as signs of hope: from stubborn little kernels grow mighty oaks, but wow do they have to go through a lot first - storms, droughts, squirrels (disrespectful)!

Make your own little signs of hope! This kit is easy for kids and adults alike, and we are once again collaborating with a local farm you can feel great about supporting! At Two Feathers Fibers in Maine, Indigenous shepherdess Grace raises Icelandic sheep utilizing regenerative farming practices that are good for the earth and her animals. Her beautiful wool roving felts so quickly and easily for these acorns.

Included in the kit:

  • 12 real acorn caps, washed and dried
  • 100% Icelandic wool roving in white and dark gray
  • cotton muslin bags
  • instructions

Items you'll need from home: dish soap, glue

Check out our blog for a quick video for how to felt with these kits, too!
